Jasmine D. Yu is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Transce3nd & e3 Wealth, where she leads strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiencies, scale the firm, and drive overall business growth. With a strong background in financial oversight, compliance, and human capital development, Jasmine focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing client experiences, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Previously, Jasmine served as Director of Operations & Administration at Kestra Private Wealth Services (KPWS), where she managed key operational functions, including technology support, vendor relations, real estate management, and advisor onboarding. She also brings extensive experience from her tenure at UT Austin, where she oversaw compliance and legal affairs, managing over 700 cases and implementing process improvements that strengthened policy adherence and cross-departmental collaboration.

Jasmine holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Science (Pre-Med) from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her son, a Navy Corpsman; her twin daughters; her high school senior daughter; her Husband, and her two Blue Heelers.
