Tracey Jones serves as Director of Operations at Transce3nd and e3 Wealth, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Service and New Business teams and functions. With deep expertise in operational strategy and client service delivery, she manages the day-to-day operations across multiple custodians and institutional partners. Tracey works closely with team members to enhance operational efficiency, ensure adherence to compliance protocols, and provide effective resolution of complex client and advisor matters.

Prior to joining Transce3nd, Tracey spent over two decades at Crown Capital Securities, L.P., where she served as Vice President of Operations. In this role, she was responsible for supervising all investment operations departments, supporting more than 400 advisors nationwide, and driving excellence in advisor and client service. Her deep operational expertise and focus on relationship building have made her a trusted partner to both internal teams and clients alike.

Tracey holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses and attended California State University, Fullerton. Based in Gig Harbor, Washington, Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband Jake and their German Shepherd, Reagan Pepperoni. She’s often found gardening, relaxing in her jacuzzi, or exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her family and beloved pup.
