Bruce Wheadon serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Transce3nd, where he leads the development, implementation, and oversight of the firm’s compliance program. With a strong commitment to regulatory integrity, Bruce strives for adherence to federal securities laws, mitigates regulatory risk, and fosters a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

He brings over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 11 years in a compliance leadership role at a prominent registered investment advisory firm and 6 years at a major broker-dealer as a Financial Services Representative. During his tenure, Bruce played a key role in helping scale an RIA from $2 billion to $45 billion in regulatory assets under management.

Bruce earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Utah, where he was named to the Dean’s List twice. Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring photography, traveling, following Major League Soccer, and discovering unique dining experiences.
